By registering, I acknowledge and agree that all sales and memberships are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. I further agree not to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals. Any such action will be considered a breach of this agreement. The Company reserves the right to submit this agreement as evidence in any dispute and to pursue recovery of all associated costs, including but not limited to chargeback fees, collection costs, and legal expenses.

I understand that the platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and the Company makes no guarantees regarding leads, client acquisition, business results, income, or performance.

I acknowledge that all agents on the platform operate as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from my use of the platform.

I agree that any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and I waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

I agree to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, treat all clients with respect, provide accurate and honest information, and comply with all applicable life & health insurance laws and regulations.

I confirm that I hold a valid and active life & health insurance license and understand that any misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or violation of licensing requirements may result in immediate removal from the platform and may be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

I consent to having my profile information displayed publicly on the platform for potential clients to view. I understand that I can manage and control what information is shared through my account settings.

I also grant the Company the right to use my submitted information for verification, compliance, marketing, and promotional purposes related to the platform.
